Amber Hayes, DC

Dr. Amber Hayes is a dedicated Chiropractor serving the Portland, Maine community with a holistic, patient-centered approach to health and wellness. With a deep belief in the body’s natural ability to heal, Dr. Hayes combines evidence-based chiropractic care with a compassionate touch to help her patients move better, feel better, and live healthier lives.

Dr. Hayes earned her bachelor's degree from the College of the Atlantic in Bar Harbor, Maine. She relocated back to Portland and worked at a busy Osteopathic practice where she solidified her love for manual medicine.

A graduate of New York Chiropractic College, Dr. Hayes specializes in treating a wide range of Neuromusculoskeletal conditions, including back and neck pain, headaches, TMJ, posture-related issues, and sports, auto or workplace injuries. She is known for her gentle yet effective techniques, personalized treatment plans, and her commitment to helping patients achieve long-term wellness—not just temporary relief.

Dr. Hayes is a certified GAPS practitioner, and has further training in nutrition and functional medicine. She sits on the board of the Maine Chiropractic Association, and teaches the anatomy portion for the Maine State Chiropractic Assistants licensure.

Whether you’re seeking support for chronic pain, injury recovery, or simply want to maintain a healthy spine and nervous system, Dr. Hayes welcomes individuals and families of all ages to experience care that’s grounded in trust, education, and results.

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find Dr. Hayes exploring Portland’s many restaurants, hiking coastal trails, paddle boarding and skiing.

Kristy Garneau, LMT

Her goal is always to send love and gratitude to your body; create space for healthy nerve, blood, and lymph flow, as well as helping your muscles, tendons, and ligaments release and heal.

Massage therapy is more than her occupation – it’s her passion. She finds so much joy in sharing her gift and being a part of your wellness journey.

Erin Marenghi, Billing Specialist

Erin Marenghi brings both precision and personality to our office. As our insurance billing specialist, she keeps the details running smoothly behind the scenes—and she’s always ready to step in and support at the front desk when needed.

Before joining our team, Erin “retired” from a successful 20-year career in corporate finance, trading spreadsheets for a role that lets her combine her love of organization with her passion for people. Outside the office, she’s a proud mom of two amazing young adults, a certified yoga and barre instructor, and an active presence in the local community theater scene—both onstage and behind the curtain.

Gracie Kierstead, Office & Marketing Manager

As our Office and Marketing Manager, Gracie ensures the practice runs seamlessly both behind the scenes and on the front lines. She oversees all aspects of our administrative operations, manages our social media presence, and helps keep our communications and marketing efforts on point. In addition to her management role, Gracie is testing toward her Chiropractic Assistant License and enjoys working directly with patients, particularly with STIM and RPW therapy.

Her favorite part of her work is connecting with people——even if just for a few moments—and helping to make their day (and healing journey) a little brighter. She earned her BS in Marketing and Business Administration from Bridgewater State University in the spring of 2025.

Outside of the office, Gracie enjoys spending time at Higgins Beach surfing, or people watching with a coffee in downtown Portland.
